Return Policy
All my prints are custom-made to order and fall under the category of personalised products. It’s hard to re-sell tailor-made goods, therefore, we can only issue refunds if your print is faulty, misdescribed or arrives in a damaged condition. Please ensure your print selection and measurements are correct before you place your order, as you have no right to refund if you order the wrong size or change your mind afterwards. If you do order the wrong product, get in touch with me as soon as possible and I will attempt to amend your order before it goes to print but I can’t guarantee that this will be possible.
If your print is faulty, misdescribed or arrives in a damaged condition, you must inform me in writing by e-mail as soon as possible but within 7 days of receipt. Please include a photo with the email clearly showing the fault or damage to both print and packaging. We will then arrange the collection of the goods, and either replace the order for free, or refund the full amount paid. Please note that if we are not informed within 7 days of receipt, we bear no liability for damage sustained.
